Player Map

Every dot is one outfield player from the 2024 season. The horizontal axis is an attacking-contribution percentile — the average of a player's scoring, creativity and dribbling percentiles — and the vertical axis is a defensive-contribution percentile, averaging his defending and duels percentiles. Crucially, those percentiles are ranked within his own position group: a full-back is measured against other full-backs, not against strikers, so a defender and a winger can both sit high on their respective axes.

Read the map by quadrant. Players in the top-right combine attacking and defensive output — the two-way profiles scouts prize. Top-left dots are defensive specialists who rarely threaten the goal; bottom-right dots are pure attackers who contribute little without the ball. Points near the centre are balanced or rotation-level contributors. Click any dot to open that player's full profile, radar and season stats.

A few caveats keep the picture honest. Only players who cleared roughly 900 minutes — about ten full matches — and have detailed defensive data appear; goalkeepers are excluded because their metrics don't map onto these axes, and thin, small-sample seasons are filtered out so a single good game can't distort the ranking. Percentiles are relative to the 2024 cohort, not an absolute grade: a high position means 'more than peers this season,' and the map continues to fill in as data enrichment progresses.
